Shipping Policy

We want your Anadoloom kilim to reach you safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing & Lead Times

Important Seasonal Notice:

We do not ship or dispatch any orders between 15th of February and 5th of January. Orders placed during this period will be processed and dispatched once shipping resumes.

  • Ready-to-Ship rugs dispatch within 3–5 working days.
  • Made-to-Order rugs are woven especially for you and typically ship in 10–12 weeks.
  • Custom orders (special sizes, colours, or commissions) may take longer than 12 weeks. We will confirm the estimated timeframe with you before production begins.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

UK Shipping

  • We currently offer free standard shipping across the UK on all orders.
  • Delivery typically takes 4–6 working days after dispatch.
  • All parcels are tracked, and a signature may be required on delivery.
  • If you need expedited delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

International Shipping

  • International delivery usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.

Packaging

All kilims are carefully rolled and shipped in heavy-duty protective tubes for safe transit.

Delivery Issues

  • Please inspect your order on arrival. If your rug arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right. Please note that because each piece is handmade, minor variations and imperfections are normal/ part of its character and not considered faults.
  • If a package is refused or unclaimed, any return shipping and re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
