Return Policy

We want you to love your Anadoloom kilim. Each kilim is handmade with care, and slight variations are part of its unique character. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Eligibility

·       Ready-to-Ship items and Made-to-Order pieces in standard sizes (as shown on product pages) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

·       Custom orders - including sizes outside those listed on product pages, or pieces with special pattern or colour requests are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged). As our kilims are large and heavy, return shipping can be costly, if you are unsure or have any questions before ordering, please reach out. We’ll be happy to help.

How to start a return

1.     Email us at info@anadoloom.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number.

2.     We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address below:

Please note that returns should only be sent after you’ve contacted us and received confirmation.

3.     Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days.

Faulty & Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Please note: because each piece is handmade, minor variations and imperfections are normal/ part of its character and not considered faults.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the kilim you want is to return your current item for a refund, then place a new order.

EU Customers

Customers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right to cancel non-customised orders. Our 30-day return window is more generous, but please note that custom-made items are excluded from both.
